Enterprise RAG platform across 500+ documents with secure RBAC

Problem

A global consulting firm needed analysts to query thousands of confidential client documents through natural language — without breaching project-level access controls or leaking sensitive content into model outputs.

Architecture

Designed an Azure OpenAI + AI Search RAG platform with hybrid retrieval, project-scoped RBAC at the chunk level, and a Responsible AI guardrail layer for PII detection and prompt-injection defense. Standardized orchestration patterns enabled reuse across multiple business domains.

Problem

Singapore's Land Transport Authority needed faster analytical turnaround on operational data. Existing workflows took days to produce insights, slowing decision-making across the agency.

Architecture

Designed hybrid and multi-cloud solutions and built an analytics platform that automated the heavy parts of the workflow. Paired with a serverless IoT platform for operational data ingestion to keep ongoing costs low.
